This page describes what we collect through tekfactory.us and what we do with it. It is deliberately short, because we collect very little.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, work email, company, optional phone number, project type, and message. We also record the IP address a submission came from, purely to rate-limit abuse.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to your enquiry. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing. It is delivered to our own inbox through an email provider and is not added to any list unless you ask.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for 24 months so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, then deleted. Rate-limit records are held in memory only and expire within minutes.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are added later, this page will be updated before they go live.
Your choices
Email hr@tekfactory.us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll respond within 30 days.
